2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Company’s services, website, or applications, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

The Company provides online services as described on its platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice, except as prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Amendments
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on the platform and shall take effect upon publication.
