General Return & Refund Policy
At earphone.eishop.cloud we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options for return or exchange. You can simply bring your order in its original packaging accompanied by the original.
1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-off Period)
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right
- You may inform us of your decision clearly (e.g., email, contact form, written statement).
- We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
- Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to inspect them.
- Any diminished value caused by excessive handling may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund
- We will reimburse all payments received (including delivery costs, except supplementary costs for premium delivery) without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
- Refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
5. Return Costs
- Cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless we offer to cover them or we failed to inform you of your obligation to pay return costs.
- If the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or damaged, return costs will be borne by us.
6. Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal)
- Custom-made or personalized goods
- Sealed audio/video/software that you unsealed
- Perishable goods
- Newspapers, periodicals, magazines
- Hygiene/intimate products unsealed for health reasons
7. Legal Guarantee (2-Year Warranty)
- Goods are covered by a 2‑year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
- You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if goods are defective at delivery or become defective within 2 years.
8. Lifetime Customer Support
- We provide lifetime customer support for all products purchased from us.
- This includes assistance with setup, usage, troubleshooting, and general inquiries—even after the warranty period.
